Secondary Market Real Estate Agents

Key Responsibilities:
List, market, and sell
ready/secondary properties
(apartments, villas, townhouses)
Generate leads via networking, referrals, and online platforms
Handle property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and documentation
Maintain and update listings on CRM and real estate portals
Meet monthly sales/rental targets and KPIs
Provide after-sales support and develop long-term client relationships
Job Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience
in Dubai real estate (secondary market preferred)
Knowledge of top Dubai communities (Marina, Downtown, JVC, JLT, etc.)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle)
Currently residing in the UAE
RERA Certification is a plus
Target-oriented, energetic, and well-presented
What We Offer:
Basic Salary:
AED 3,000 - AED 5,000/month
