The Role

We are seeking a determined Real Estate Broker who is fluent in Russian to join our thriving real estate team in Dubai. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse clientele and facilitate property transactions in one of the fastest-growing markets in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will leverage their linguistic skills and local market knowledge to deliver exceptional service to clients looking to buy, sell, or lease properties. Responsibilities: - Commission only role as Real Estate Broker. - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the buying or selling process. - Provide expert advice to clients on property valuations, market conditions, and investment opportunities in Dubai. - Conduct property showings and open houses for potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits of each property. - Negotiate sale agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring fair and equitable terms that meet their needs. - Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the Dubai real estate market and regulations. - Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies for listings and market properties to the target audience. - Utilize social media and networking channels to connect with potential clients in the Russian-speaking community.



Requirements

Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken, is a must. - Proven experience as a real estate broker or agent, ideally in a competitive market. - Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and regulations. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. - Strong negotiation skills with a results-oriented approach. - Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. - High ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions.
