Sales Team

and looking for

Property Advisors / Off-Plan Consultants

to join our high-performing environment. Experienced professionals are encouraged to apply, and

What You'll Do

Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, client meetings, property presentations, negotiations, and closing Advise clients on off-plan investment opportunities Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Stay updated on market trends and PSI's off-plan portfolio Generate business through networking, referrals, events, and digital platforms Follow up on company-provided leads Maintain accurate CRM records and support documentation and compliance

What We're Looking For

Experience in UAE real estate sales/brokerage (

fresh candidates are welcome

) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Target-driven mindset with comfort in a commission-based structure Fluency in Arabic or a European language is an advantage Knowledge of UAE real estate processes is a plus Valid UAE driving license preferred
