Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
Proactively identify and cultivate a robust network of high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients through strategic prospecting and relationship building.
Market Analysis & Advisory:
Provide expert counsel on current market conditions, property valuations, investment potential, and regulatory frameworks to facilitate informed client decisions.
Property Presentation & Sales:
Conduct professional property viewings, articulate unique selling propositions, and effectively manage the end-to-end sales and leasing cycles for a diverse portfolio of luxury properties.
Negotiation & Transaction Management:
Lead complex negotiations, prepare comprehensive agreements, and meticulously guide clients through all stages of the transaction process, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.
Compliance & Reporting:
Maintain thorough documentation, adhere strictly to all RERA regulations and company policies, and provide regular performance reports.
Qualifications:
Experience:
