Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in the Dubai real estate market
Proven expertise in
Off-plan projects
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) procedures and real estate regulations
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
Fluency in English; additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, Russian, French, or Chinese are a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
