Job Description

Location - Dubai
The Real Estate Analyst at STREE Real Estate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, compiling market data, and preparing financial analyses for properties and portfolios. Your insights will guide investment and development decisions.

Responsibilities:



Perform financial analysis and valuation of real estate investments. Prepare market analysis reports and identify market trends. Analyze property leases and rent rolls and assess the financial impact. Support the due diligence process for new property acquisitions.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field. Proven analytical skills and experience in real estate analysis. Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
