Key Responsibilities:
Promote and market available properties to potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, and landlords to achieve successful transactions.
Stay updated with current real estate market trends, property laws, and area developments.
Prepare necessary documentation (sales/rental agreements, contracts, etc.).
Work collaboratively with the marketing and listing team to achieve monthly targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in the UAE.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
RERA certification is an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of Dubai's property market and communities.
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and self-motivation to achieve targets.
Compensation:
Basic Salary + Attractive Commission + Incentives
