We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local property market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves guiding clients through property transactions, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless buying or renting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
Conduct market research to stay up to date with property trends in Abu Dhabi.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring their needs are met.
Present available properties to potential buyers, providing in-depth details and insights.
Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring compliance with local real estate laws.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
Keep accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
Collaborate with marketing and listing teams to promote properties effectively.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
Strong knowledge of local property laws, market trends, and pricing strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve sales targets.
Valid UAE real estate license or certification (preferred).
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing strategies is an advantage.
