Job Summary: Urgently looking for experienced and talented Real Estate Agents for a reputable company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Job Key Details:
- Offer guidance and assist sellers as well as buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients\' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Work in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales.
- Look for possible investors and establish or preserve a good work relationship
- Prepare property tailored to the needs of the clients
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property value
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- The ideal candidate for Real estate agents must possess relevant qualifications for this role
- Should have two years of practical UAE experience in the same role
- The jobholder should be able to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license will be an added advantage
- Should have knowledge of computer applications and presentable
- The right candidate should have excellent communication skills.
- Good negotiation skills
