As a Realtor, you will guide clients through every step of the property transaction process, from initial inquiry to closing, while delivering exceptional service and market expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
Conduct property viewings, market assessments, and client consultations
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and legal regulations
Prepare and manage documentation related to property transactions
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage
Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and UAE real estate laws
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
Professional appearance and a proactive, client-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
