Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new clients and drive business development through direct and indirect sales. Offer tailored portfolio solutions based on clients' financial goals, risk appetite, and liquidity preferences. Identify potential investors, deliver presentations, and close deals independently. Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation and site visits to transaction closure and ROI delivery. Design and market investment portfolios for NRI and HNI clients. Maximize visibility and revenue through social media and digital campaigns. Maintain long-term client relationships, offering strong pre and post-sales support. Promote Square Yards as a trusted brand by upholding service excellence in every interaction. Leverage past client networks and explore new business development opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits:

For Leadership Roles:

Fixed salary up to

AED 30,000

Flat 50% commission

on self-sales (no targets)

12% team overrides

3% company equity shares

Quarterly appraisals:

8% - 16%

For Individual Contributors:

High fixed salaries Commission up to

Who Should Apply:

Candidates with

6+ months of UAE real estate (off-plan sales)

experience preferred, or, a strong sales background Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work independently and close high-ticket deals Passion for investment advisory and client servicing Preferred Languages Known : English, Hindi

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
