Real Estate Agents
to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local property market, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and build a strong client base through networking, advertising, and referrals.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
Conduct market analysis to determine competitive market prices.
Schedule property viewings and show potential buyers or tenants around properties.
Provide clients with guidance and assistance in property selection, negotiation, and closing deals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, policies, and procedures in Abu Dhabi.
Coordinate property transactions, including preparation of necessary documents and contracts.
Maintain relationships with clients and follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of real estate experience in Abu Dhabi (preferred).
Valid UAE driving license and access to own vehicle.
Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
Presentable, professional, and client-focused attitude.
