REQUIREMENTS: Experience of Min. 1 Year in Dubai Real Estate (Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson) -Ability to work with targets and commission basis. Passionate, punctual and Team player Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills -Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills. -Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment. -Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers. -Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them. -Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets best practices.
