RESPONSIBILITIES: - Counselling clients - Ensure timely follow ups - Presenting the projects/products appropriately to clients to make a sale - Closing deals - Maintaining & developing relationships with existing/new clients via face to face meetings - Generating client leads - Arranging regular meetings with potential clients - Ensure updated knowledge about the developers and the properties for sale - Enter and update customer information in the database - Keep records of calls/sales and note useful information - Go the \xe2\x80\x9cextra mile\xe2\x80\x9d to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales - Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients REQUIREMENTS: - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Excellent time management & organization skills - Passion for real estate - Minimum 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in real estate sales - Team player attitude - Impeccable command of the English language (Arabic is a plus) - Preference for those with UAE driving license - Experience in Dubai Real Estate Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
