What You'll Do

Represent buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the transaction process Generate and follow up on leads to build a strong client pipeline Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations Negotiate offers and guide clients from contract to closing Build long-term client relationships and referral networks Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and inventory Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and performance
What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of motivation and a positive, professional attitude Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment Real estate license required (or actively pursuing one) Sales or customer service experience is a plus
