Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team as a Secondary Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will hold a valid broker RERA card and possess a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the dynamic Dubai real estate market, with a primary focus on secondary sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Specialization in Rentals: Focus on the rental market, demonstrating expertise in negotiating and securing rental agreements.
- Community Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of various communities in Dubai to better assist clients in finding the perfect rental property.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrate strong sales skills to secure bulk rental units, utilizing both proactive approaches and responding to leads.
- Cold Calling: Engage in cold calling activities to building owners and individual unit owners, gauging their interest in renting their properties.
- Client Viewings: Conduct property viewings with potential clients, showcasing available rental units and addressing inquiries effectively.
- Communication Skills: Maintain excellent communication skills, especially in English, to liaise effectively with clients, property owners, and colleagues.
- Transportation: Possess a valid driver\'s license and own car for property showings and client meetings.
