Minimum 1 years to 6 months proven Dubai Real Estate Market experience
High standard of written and spoken English (other languages Added Advantage)
Excellent communication skills
RERA Card Preferred
Own car or valid UAE driving license preferred. Benefits:

Other Benefits for candidates with real estate experience in the UAE. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Generate new clients and ability to generate leads through own contacts/network base.
- Maintain regular contact with Developers, Landlords, Investors, and existing property owners to find new opportunities of sales.
- Respond to new leads in a timely manner, and maintain consistent follow-ups to convert them into closure.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the property market, current trends, and market conditions in Dubai
- Be capable to prepare a Comparative Marketing Analysis & present the most optimum solution to the customer, as per their needs & budget.
- Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent.
- Ability to achieve targets
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
