Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential clients interested in buying or selling properties.
Conduct market analysis to determine competitive pricing and investment opportunities.
Arrange property viewings and provide expert advice on real estate transactions.
Negotiate and close property sales while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Build and maintain a strong client network through relationship management and referrals.
Develop marketing strategies to promote property listings and attract buyers.
Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate trends, laws, and financial aspects.
Collaborate with legal, financial, and development teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
Strong knowledge of property markets, investment trends, and pricing strategies.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a target-driven and dynamic sales environment.
Proficiency in CRM systems and property listing platforms.
UAE real estate license or RERA certification (preferred).
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
