The ideal candidate will bring exceptional sales acumen, a deep understanding of the local property market, and a genuine passion for helping clients navigate their real estate journey.
Primary Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with clients to identify and fulfill their property needs, whether for purchasing, selling, or leasing.
Promote properties effectively through a combination of online platforms and traditional marketing methods.
Host property viewings and deliver comprehensive presentations to showcase each property's unique features and benefits.
Negotiate contracts and finalize deals to meet clients' expectations and secure successful transactions.
Expand and maintain a robust client base, fostering long-term relationships and generating referrals.
Keep up-to-date with market conditions, property values, and relevant legal frameworks in Abu Dhabi.
Create professional and impactful property listings, advertisements, and marketing content.
Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals through strategic planning and innovative lead-generation efforts.
Qualifications and Experience:
Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within real estate or a related industry.
Extensive knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and its dynamics.
Outstanding negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated, yet thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Skilled in using CRM software, property portals, and Microsoft Office tools.
Holds a valid UAE driving license and has access to a vehicle.
Preferred Expertise:
Proficiency in English and Arabic is a strong advantage.
Certification in real estate (such as RERA or an equivalent) is highly desirable.
Familiarity with leveraging digital marketing and social media for property promotion.
