Key Responsibilities:

Actively prospect and convert property sales leads, driving revenue growth. Conduct property tours, presentations, and consultations to showcase listings effectively. Build lasting relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their property needs. Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities. Collaborate with developers and brokers to market premium properties and secure exclusive listings. Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements, ensuring compliance with UAE property laws. Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to generate interest and attract potential buyers. Maintain accurate documentation for all transactions, ensuring a seamless process for clients.

Qualifications:

Valid UAE real estate license. Proven track record in real estate sales, ideally within Abu Dhabi's metropolitan market. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate regulations and processes. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred. UAE driving license and reliable transportation.
