We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized service to meet their real estate needs. Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and finalize contracts. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal aspects of real estate transactions. Actively generate leads and expand your network to bring in new clients. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and company goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record of successful transactions. In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. UAE Real Estate license (RERA) or relevant certifications is preferred. Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools. Multilingual abilities (Arabic and English preferred).
