Real Estate Agent | Sale & Leasing The main objective of your role is to: Understand the real estate dynamics of a certain area and projects, establish solid relationships with landlords, handle the leads that the company provides you and make sure to understand their needs and fulfill their requirements by completing the sale of rental they are looking for. In addition, you will be required to contribute to the team and companies success and growth. This is a fun and exciting role, there is lots to learn and in order for you to be successful in this role, you will need to be:

  • You know how to handle objection
  • You are very good with follow ups and encourage clients to make positive steps
  • Constantly working on your real estate knowledge
  • Have the tendency to listen and understand other\xe2\x80\x99s pain points
  • Team player and possess a collective work mentality
  • English and Arabic speaker is a greater advantage
  • Reply on time and have the integrity to self supervising
  • You are between the age of: 20 - 45
  • Has a high level of integrity
  • Enjoy working in a startup environment
The role\xe2\x80\x99s requirements are:
  • Understand the market and area you are assigned to work in
  • Receive and filter leads for rental and sales inquiries
  • Understand client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and take over their concerns
  • Search the market for suitable property options
  • Follow up and manage the lead pipeline
  • Close deals and collect payments
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
  • Prepare related paperwork: MOU\xe2\x80\x99s, viewing forms, receipts..etc.
  • Coordinate with other call center and listing agents
  • Make site visits and conduct inspection reports
  • Take photos of properties and arrange to list them online
  • Attend to seminars, webinars, workshops and trainings
  • Establish relationships and network with real estate professionals
  • Monitor main platforms: Propertyfinder, Bayut, Booking, Airbnb..etc
Qualifications
  • Experience with sales and client relationship
  • English and Arabic speaker
  • Driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
  • Car
