Responsibilities:
Generate, manage, and convert leads into successful sales and rentals.
Conduct property viewings and market analysis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Stay updated with Dubai's real estate trends, laws, and market conditions.
Promote company listings on multiple platforms and social media.
Negotiate and close deals efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience in real estate
in Dubai (sales or leasing).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).

40/60
on company leads
70/30
on own leads
