Job Description

As a Real Estate Agent at Etagi Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating real estate transactions, representing clients, and ensuring smooth and successful deals.

Responsibilities:



Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property investments, financing options, and market conditions
Assist clients in making informed decisions that align with their real estate goals and objectives
Cultivate and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, including agents, lenders, attorneys, and inspectors
Ensure all real estate transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
Prepare and review contracts, leases, deeds, and other legal documents with meticulous attention to detail

Qualifications:



Russian speakers
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
