Chariot homes seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent with at least one year of experience in the industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and be fluent in Russian to effectively engage with our diverse clientele. This role involves guiding clients through buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Conduct property evaluations, market research, and comparative market analysis. Prepare property listings, including high-quality photographs and descriptions. Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses. Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented. Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and local regulations. Utilize various marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers. Collaborate with mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and legal professionals to facilitate transactions. Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions in a real estate CRM system.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a real estate agent or in a similar role. Fluency in Russian and English is required; additional languages are a plus. Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented. Proficient in using real estate software and social media platforms for marketing. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
