Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Off-Plan Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling off-plan properties, developing strong relationships with clients, and staying updated on market trends. This role requires excellent sales skills, knowledge of Dubai's real estate market.

Sales & Client Management:

Promote and sell off-plan properties from various developers in Dubai. Guide clients through the entire property purchasing process. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Market Research & Analysis:

Stay updated with market trends, new project launches, and real estate regulations in Dubai. Analyse competitive market prices and provide insights to clients.

Property Presentations & Site Visits:

Conduct property presentations, virtual tours, and site visits with prospective buyers. Highlight key features and benefits of off-plan developments.

Negotiation & Closing Deals:

Negotiate property prices, payment plans, and terms with developers and clients. Ensure smooth closing of transactions and coordinate with legal teams.

Documentation & Compliance:

Assist clients with paperwork, contracts, and payment plans. Ensure compliance with RERA and Dubai real estate laws.

Requirements:

Minimum Dubai real estate sales knowledge, preferably in off-plan properties. Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and project developments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling pressure. RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory). Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
