Role Overview
We are seeking experienced, motivated, and results-driven Real Estate Agents / Property Consultants to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, conduct property viewings, close deals, and achieve strong sales performance in compliance with UAE real estate regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client inquiries and provide professional property consultations
Conduct property viewings, meetings, and follow-ups
Build strong client relationships and close sales transactions
Stay updated with RERA regulations and Dubai market trends
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience
Strong knowledge of Dubai property market and major developers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
High confidence and strong online presentation skills, with the ability to conduct and lead client meetings via Zoom, Google Meet, and other virtual communication tools, effectively convincing and closing clients through online interactions.
Fluent English required (additional languages are an advantage)
Proficient in CRM systems and real estate portals
Valid Broker Card, UAE Driving License & own car
