Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties based on their needs and preferences.
- Guide and advise clients on property investments and trends in the Dubai real estate market.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities.
- Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices specific to Dubai.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
- Manage all aspects of deals, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Promote and market properties using online platforms and networking opportunities.
- Negotiate offers and close sales to achieve targets[1][2].
#Required Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field (preferred but not always mandatory).
- RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) Certification is highly desirable.
- Relevant real estate, sales, or customer service experience preferred, but not always mandatory for entry roles.
- Multilingual abilities (English mandatory; knowledge of Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Mandarin is a plus)[3].
