Role Overview:

Nova Assets Real Estate LLC is seeking motivated and professional Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As an agent, you will be responsible for handling client interactions, conducting property viewings, and closing deals. Our in-house admin team manages all listings and documentation, allowing you to focus entirely on sales and client service.

Roles & Responsibilities

Prospect and connect with potential buyers, sellers, and tenants
Conduct property viewings and follow up with leads
Build and maintain a strong client database
Assist in negotiations and deal closures
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's property market

Desired Candidate:

Previous real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory
Strong communication and networking skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Familiarity with Dubai real estate market is an advantage

Work Schedule:

Flexible working hours

Commission Structure:

50% on company-provided leads
60% on personal leads
