to focus on off-plan property sales. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing company where you will work directly with renowned developers and help clients invest in the most innovative residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Specialize in selling off-plan properties in high-demand developments across Dubai and other key UAE locations. Establish and nurture relationships with developers, investors, and clients. Provide clients with comprehensive details about off-plan properties, including floor plans, investment opportunities, and timelines for delivery. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify high-potential off-plan projects. Guide clients through the sales process, ensuring a smooth and informed transaction from start to finish. Organize and attend property launches, exhibitions, and client meetings. Arrange site visits and collaborate with developers and project teams for updates. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the UAE's real estate regulations and ensure compliance in all transactions. Work towards achieving personal and team sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

Emirati National (UAE National ID required). Experience in real estate sales, particularly with off-plan properties (preferred). Solid knowledge of the UAE real estate market, especially off-plan developments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken). Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to meet deadlines. A passion for the real estate industry and providing top-tier service to clients. A valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
