About the Role

We are seeking

ambitious and motivated Off-Plan Real Estate Agents

to join our dynamic team in Abu Hail & Business Bay.
You will represent top-tier developers, handle exclusive launches, and work closely with investors to deliver premium property solutions across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell

off-plan and ready properties

from leading Dubai developers. Conduct meetings and presentations for clients and investors. Attend

project launches, broker events, and exhibitions

. Generate leads through company-provided databases and personal networking. Build long-term relationships with buyers, investors, and developers. Stay informed on

project updates, payment plans, and market trends

. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high client satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant

in Dubai (off-plan experience preferred). Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent communication in English; other languages (Russian, Hindi, Arabic, French, etc.) are an advantage. Professional, goal-oriented, and highly motivated.
