What you'll do
Guide buyers and sellers through the entire real estate process
Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations
Generate and follow up on leads
Prepare market analyses to help clients make informed decisions
Negotiate offers and close deals
Maintain accurate records and stay updated on local housing trends
What we're looking for
Active real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one)
Strong communication and people skills
Self-driven attitude and comfort working independently
Basic tech skills for CRM, listings, and communication tools
