Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers (Emaar, Damac, Sobha, Nakheel, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
Conduct property tours and provide comprehensive details on projects, pricing, and payment plans.
Understand clients' investment needs and recommend suitable projects.
Market Knowledge & Research:
Stay updated on current and upcoming off-plan projects in Dubai.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgage options.
Lead Generation & Negotiation:
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
Negotiate and finalize deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
Administrative & Reporting:
Prepare and manage required documentation for property transactions.
Maintain CRM records of client interactions and sales activities.
Report weekly sales progress and targets to management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai (preferably off-plan sales).
Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with major Dubai developers and their projects.
RERA Certification (preferred).
Fluency in English (Arabic, Russian, or French is a plus).
Motivated, target-driven, and well-presented.
