Job Overview: Are you an experienced real estate broker specializing in

off-plan properties

What You'll Do:

Client Sourcing (No Cold Calling):

Work exclusively with

qualified inbound leads

-- no cold calls. Leverage company-generated inquiries from digital platforms and marketing campaigns to engage with interested buyers.

Off-Plan Property Transactions:

Specialize in Dubai's

off-plan market

by conducting consultations, virtual or in-person presentations, and guiding clients through the full property purchase journey.

Market Expertise:

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, pricing, and launches in Dubai's off-plan sector to deliver

insightful, data-driven advice

to clients.

Relationship Management:

Build strong, long-term client relationships to foster

referrals and repeat business

, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and trust.

Transaction Support & Compliance:

Handle all documentation and processes in line with

UAE property regulations

, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and legal compliance at every stage.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

2+ years of experience as a real estate broker or sales agent.

Market Focus: Specialized in off-plan opportunities.

Skill Set: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Self-Motivation: Driven, independent, and ready to take charge of your success.

Requirements: Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle. RERA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
