Job Responsibilities
Promote and sell
off-plan properties
from leading Dubai developers
Handle the complete
sales cycle
-- from inquiry to deal closure
Arrange and conduct
client property presentations and site visits
Explain project payment plans, handover timelines, and legal processes
Stay informed about
new project launches
, market trends, and incentives
Generate leads through portals, digital marketing, events, and referrals
Maintain CRM records, client interactions, and sales pipeline accurately
Collaborate with mortgage and legal teams to close deals smoothly
Candidate Requirements
Minimum
6 months to 1+ year
experience in
real estate sales
(off-plan experience preferred)
Strong understanding of
Dubai real estate projects
, developers, and master plans
Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (additional languages like Arabic, Hindi, Russian are a plus)
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to close high-ticket deals
UAE Driving License is a
plus
, but not mandatory
Presentable, professional, and client-focused

: AED 3,000 - AED 5,000/month (based on experience)
