Job Title: Real Estate Agent - Off Plan Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading UAE developers. Generate qualified leads through networking, social media platforms, and client referrals. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers and investors. Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits. Stay informed on new project launches, payment plans, and current market trends. Negotiate offers professionally and close deals successfully. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in UAE off-plan real estate market. Strong knowledge of Dubai and Abu Dhabi developers and projects. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Arabic language is an advantage. Must be currently in the UAE and available to join immediately. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
