motivated and results-driven Property Sales Executive
to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. In this role, you will focus on
selling residential and off-plan properties
while connecting with potential clients and closing deals.
Fresh leads will be provided daily
, so you can focus on sales and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up and convert daily provided leads into property sales.
Connect with clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Present properties, explain features, and advise clients effectively.
Close property deals and complete all required documentation.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Keep updated on Dubai real estate market trends, prices, and regulations.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate sales preferred (off-plan or secondary market).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
Knowledge of Dubai's property market is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English (other languages a plus).
