A leading boutique firm having a vast network of connections and highly specializing in investment opportunities in the residential segment of the real estate market in the United Arab Emirates, offering services such as Portfolio Management, Leasing, Sales, Purchases, and more.

At least 2 years of proven record with successful transactions in Off-Plan properties
Good English communication skills
Strong marketing skills
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree required
Fast learner and team player
Must have a driving license
Able to take photos and important information while visiting targeted properties
Ability to evaluate a property based on current market prices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Preferably Arabic speaker
