The Real Estate Agent provides guidance and assisting buyers in purchasing/ renting property for the right price under the best terms. There will be basic pay, training and good commission package.
Duties and responsibilities
Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information on location, features, square footage, etc.
Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
Present purchase offers to sellers.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met
Initiate sales as well as assist in any marketing activities, including cold calls, e-mails, online postings plus face-to-face meetings, designed to identify engage prospective new customers.
Building and maintaining a network of clients.
Achieving monthly targets.
Remain knowledgeable about the UAE real estate market and practices
60-70% Commission Scheme.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in any field
Minimum 2 years of proven Dubai real estate market experience
Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively.
Solid negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
Knowledgeable about the property market and best practices is a plus
Dynamic personality & interpersonal skills Up-to-date with advancements in Real Estate trends
Proactive Passionate about Real Estate Honest, enthusiastic and trustworthy.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
