We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Agent to join our dynamic real estate team at Alma Properties L.L.C. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with in-depth knowledge of the real estate market. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing expert guidance and exceptional customer service throughout the entire process.

Responsibilities:

Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients through various lead generation methods Assist buyers and sellers in the property search and transaction process Schedule and conduct property viewings and showings Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients Provide clients with market analysis, pricing, and property information Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends, property values, and local regulations Collaborate with team members and management to meet sales targets and goals

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 years of experience in real estate sales Active real estate license (required) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail A driving license (required)
