The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, conducting market research, generating leads, and negotiating deals. The Real Estate Agent should have excellent communication skills and the ability to network with a range of clients to build relationships and promote the growth of the company.Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years or more of experience in real estate sales or rental, property management (Secondary Markets - Commercial and Primary Markets)
• You need to have a strong passion for Real Estate & be hunger to MAKE MORE MONEY
• A strong understanding of the local real estate market and current trends in Dubai
• A strong sales background in UAE plus a sales track record
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A valid RERA certification and Dubai Real Estate license (Transferable to the company)
• Thorough knowledge of Dubai\'s real estate market, latest property trends, and market fluctuations
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sales drive and problem-solving skills
• Adept at using CRM software and various marketing platforms
• Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluency in English is a must, with proficiency in at least one additional language like fluency in English, Arabic, Chinese, or French others being a huge plus
• Familiarity with local zoning and DLD Rules & Regulations
