**This is a COMMISSION BASED role** We are currently seeking experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. : As a Real Estate Sales Agent with Gold Century, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions and connecting buyers and sellers. Your primary duties will include:
- Prospecting and generating leads through various channels.
- Advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and property value.
- Showcasing and marketing properties to potential buyers.
- Negotiating and closing real estate transactions.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process.
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent in Dubai.
- A valid Real Estate Broker or Salesperson License from RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency).
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, property trends, and regulations.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of successful property sales.
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- A valid UAE driving license and access to your vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
