What we are looking for Sales Agent- \xe2\x80\x93 Leasing, Secondary, and Off-Plan :-
- With at least 1 YEAR REAL ESTATE WORK EXPERIENCE in Dubai properties - for Secondary market (Resale), Leasing, Off-plan.
- Should be Self Driven and self-motivated
- Possess Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strong sales acumen and a track record of conducting meetings.
- In depth knowledge of Dubai real estate with current market trends & property prices.
- Coordinate with the Seller & arrange the viewing for prospective buyers
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages and legal requirements.
- Should be able to achieve monthly sales targets/KPIs set.
- NO REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE. THERE IS NO NEED TO SUBMIT YOUR CV.
- Must have an Own Visa.
- Language: English, Arabic and Russian
- Language: German, Chinese
- BASIC SALARY plus up to 40% Commission
