- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide guidance and expertise on market trends, pricing, and property values
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Maintain a strong understanding of local real estate regulations and laws
- Provide transportation to clients when necessary (Car and driver\'s license preferable)
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent
- Valid Real Estate License
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of local property market and trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and online listing platforms
- Valid driver\'s license and access to a vehicle (Car preferable)
