We at Homestead Realtors are seeking UAE based Real Estate Brokers to negotiate agreements with clients, close deals, and attract new leads with high commission structures up to 50-70%. Responsibilities
- Building relationships with clients. Negotiating deals with clients.
- Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers.
- Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability.
- Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns
- Analyzing data and market trends. Processing sales transactions.
- Demonstrating a solid understanding of the company\'s products or services.
- Networking to attract potential clients.
- High commission structures 50% - 70%.
- Work Visa.
- High exposure on all the top listing portals.
- In house training and mentoring.
- Career growth and career progression options.

- Fast paced environment.
- Very experienced management dedicated to agents growth.
- 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Broker.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any discipline or High school diploma.
- English speaking is a must.
- Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, or German speakers are highly preferred
- Candidate should have a valid UAE Driving Licence.
- Proven record of real estate sales.
- Ability to solve misunderstandings and disagreements between buyers and sellers.
- Strong working knowledge of Real Estate law and policies.
- Basic computer skills like MS Office.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Trustworthy and critical thinker.
- Outstanding listening skills
- Valid UAE driving license (optional)
- Real Estate: 1 year (Required)
