Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with investment property decisions, managing properties, securing mortgage rates and terms, optimizing rental income, and marketing properties to potential buyers and tenants. The Real Estate Agent will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively with clients, and achieving sales goals. Qualifications:
- Skills in sales negotiation, communication, and building client relationships.
- Good time management and organizational abilities.
- Strong determination, motivated by financial success, and highly driven.
- Professional and presentable appearance.
- Knowledgeable in Real Estate, Sales, and Consulting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Capable of working independently and managing a portfolio of properties.
- Experienced in negotiating terms and advising clients on investment opportunities.
- Familiar with Dubai\'s real estate market and regulations.
