Golden Bricks is looking for motivated and confident Real Estate Agents who are eager to build a successful career in Dubai's dynamic property market. This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential and complete sales & marketing support from the company.
Key Responsibilities
Handle company-provided leads and follow up through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Understand client requirements and present suitable property options.
Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information on prices and project details.
Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the sales process.
Stay updated on the latest market trends, developer launches, and project updates.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in Real Estate or Sales (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage high-volume leads with consistent follow-up.
Professional personality, positive attitude, and goal-driven mindset.
UAE driving license is an advantage (not mandatory).
Knowledge of Dubai property portals is a plus.
