Real Estate Agents

to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be confident, customer-focused, and passionate about property sales and leasing. This role is suitable for professionals who can handle clients from multiple nationalities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage leads for property sales and leasing Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties Conduct property viewings and clearly explain property features Build and maintain long-term client relationships Negotiate deals and close transactions professionally Coordinate with property owners, developers, and internal teams Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in Dubai (mandatory)

Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work with clients from different nationalities Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market Self-motivated and target-driven mindset Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) Valid UAE driving license preferred
