Key Responsibilities
Manage client inquiries and actively generate new business through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
Conduct professional property viewings and deliver expert consultations.
Guide clients through buying, selling, and renting processes in both off-plan and/or secondary markets.
Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients while ensuring exceptional after-sales service.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of proven experience
in the Dubai real estate market.
At least 3 closed deals
(proof required).
Background in off-plan and/or secondary market transactions.
Advanced English communication skills (spoken & written); additional languages are an advantage.
Valid Driving License is
mandatory
; own car is highly preferred.
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
