CEY Real Estate is looking for

Full-time Real Estate Agents

who will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and find living spaces that fit their criteria. We have friendly space for Real Estate brokers where everyone can feel valued, supported, and provided with tools that will help you continuously grow and thrive in the market.

Responsibilities:

Prepare Property Listings regularly through?personal networking and farming Create and maintain lists of properties with detailed specifications, advertisements, networking, and relationships Follow proper compliance in documentation process for every?transaction Head up the negotiations with clients, review contracts terms, and verify accuracy Consult with clients on how to sell or rent their home quickly and for a good value Advise clients throughout the negotiation process to help them get maximum value for their home Negotiate with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing through to offer stage Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale or rent Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met. Assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing real estate property for the best price and terms Up-to-date Real Estate market?trends and be familiar with a property's current rental pricing and?sale value, especially in your area of specialization. Develop business networks and collaborate with developers, mortgage lenders, and banks.

Qualifications

Good English communication skills (writing, reading and speaking) Additional languages would be an advantage Interpersonal Skills: Proactive, enthusiastic, trustworthy, friendly, good personality, tidy appearance, organized, and detail-oriented Analytical Skills: skilled in conducting property market research Negotiation Skills Experience in real estate is required.

Compensation:

This role does not offer a salary.

Compensation is commission-based, with unlimited earning potential based on sales performance.
